We were just passing through and needed a late lunch, this place popped up on our gps so we took a chance. The minute we walked in we were greeted (I assume by the owner) and offered samples of several of the proteins offered on the menu. All were delicious, my husband chose the pork, my son the steak, and I the chicken mole for our burritos. We all loved our lunch. The owner takes great pride in the food and the hospitality left a great impression. We ended our meal being grateful to happen upon this place. I wish we lived closer to it.

So far I've tried their chicken fajitas burrito and tortilla soup. The burrito was fire, the soup wasn't hitting but it's okay. it was worth trying. Next visit I'll be trying the mole which I've sampled and it was tasty. Customer service is always top notch!

So glad I tried this place! The food is delicious, the people are helpful and generous and the location is super convenient. The tacos are large and they're very generous with toppings, everything was fresh and delicious. You can customize everything to your own taste. Will definitely go back. Nice clean space and plenty of parking out front.

The staff were so friendly and let me sample a few of the meats. The tacos were so bomb! So tasty! Crunch! Flavor! So filing. The habanero salsa was well made. The agua de melon so light & refreshing. Def coming back again & again. The mole was perfect! Great vibe

I came for lunch on a recent Tuesday. I got a bowl with "surf & turf" - shrimp and steak (al pastor). Sadly the shrimp was overcooked so it was fairly tough. But the steak was very flavorful and tasty. The staff was so friendly giving us samples of many of their proteins before we placed our orders. They also gave us free bottles of water, an order of guacamole and chips, and a slice of tres leches cake. My date got a burrito that he seemed to enjoy greatly. The space was clean and well-lit with three or four tables inside. They have two two-top tables outside as well.

The food here is just good, absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The set up is cafeteria style, which give you the feeling of home cooking served fast. The service is friendly and they have a nice selection of traditional Mexican dishes to choose from. Their prices are competitive, but the parking can be challenging at times. Clean, good food, friendly staff, and competitive prices. what more can you ask for?

Jessie and Norlyn are soo nice and their food is even better. Me and my family got a chicken fajita nacho bowl, 2 steak tacos and 1 mole taco. Everything was fresh and delicious. They set our table up with guacamole and chips as well. We will definitely be back to try more

i pass this place on my way to work and wanted to give it a try solely because of the name and branding lol. finally gave it a go today -- my boyfriend and i walked in, the two guys behind the counter asked if it was our first time then immediately proceed to roll out the red carpet for us. they let us sample a bunch of meats and other items. everything was so delish and fresh! we ended up ordering burritos, but next time i'll try the taquitos as i thought the meat was the star of the show. the drinks were so refreshing and the tres leches was my ideal balance of sponginess and sweetness. my boyfriend. who usually does not like guacamole, reaaallly enjoyed this one. very clean storefront with a friendly, casual atmosphere. genuinely some of the -- if not THE best customer service i've had anywhere in LA!

Its almost unbelievable, but Mexican food just got even better! This family hails from the neighborhood, and you can taste the love they pour into every bite. You really can't go wrong with anything you order, but those asada tacos? They've stolen my heart! If you're lucky, you might run into the brothers who run the place--they'll treat you to some top-notch service and even sneak you a little sample before you commit. This cozy spot can get pretty busy at certain times, so be ready to wait in line. Yes, it's *that* good! And trust me, it's worth it. Oh, and a special shoutout to those freaking birria tacos--OMG!!!"

I wish I could give this place 4.5. My wife and I ordered the chicken burrito and the shrimp platter dish with rice and beans - It was incredible! The food was so fresh, and you can tell they cooked it with care and love. The habanero salsa was delicious and packed with heat, which I enjoyed as a Caribbean Latino. We needed to add a little salt (and I get it, in LA, you wanna be safe with salt because some people may say it's too salty, but when eating ethnic food like Mexican, you don't expect to need salt). But this is Mexican-inspired, so totally get the approach. All-in-all, the food is so delicious and we will order again!
